CANCELLATIONS: If your group needs to cancel, you may reschedule and transfer any advance payments made (up to one year from originally scheduled date) or you can cancel completely with a full refund. Any cancellations that fall within the 3-day period prior to your arrival or any no-show will result in forfeiture of your paid deposit.

VIDEO VIEWING ROOM:  Large groups of 25 or more will be divided into 2 groups 45 minutes apart. The tour leader may also issue individual prepaid vouchers allowing the group to arrive individually at their own time during the day which eliminates the escorted tour.
